Common use of Filing of Articles of Dissolution Clause in Contracts

When all obligations of the Company have been discharged or adequate provisions have been made therefore, and all of the remaining property and assets of the Company have been distributed, the Board of Managers shall file Articles of Dissolution with the Secretary of State as required by the Act.
