Filing Reports. Wexpro and the Company will co operate in providing, in a timely manner when requested, information necessary for the preparation and filing of reports required by appropriate governmental bodies. However, nothing in this section will be construed to deprive either party of any right or election to decline to produce confidential materials or to attach conditions to any confidential disclosure.
