FILMING AND BROADCASTING. The Licensee/organizers shall not without prior approval from the WPMC, engage in or permit any form of photography or filming, sound or video recording, telecasting and broadcasting from and/or within the Venue. If such activities are approved by the WPMC it will be subjected to the appropriate charges.
