Filter. When moving in, all a/c and heating filter have been changed out. It is your responsibility to change those out as needed to keep the unit running properly along with cleaner air. This is very important, saves you money to keep them clean. If it is found that not changing filter causes fault in unit to not function properly you will be charged accordingly.
