Common use of Final and Binding Agreement Clause in Contracts

Final and Binding Agreement. No promise, inducement or agreement not herein contained or expressly incorporated herein by reference has been made, and this Final Settlement Agreement contains the entire agreement between the Parties. The provisions of this Final Settlement Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties, and to their respective heirs, successors, administrators, assigns, conservators, guardians, agents, representatives, corporate affiliates, officers, directors, partners, and employees.
