Common use of Final Approval Order Clause in Contracts

Final Approval Order. or Final Judgment means the Court’s order granting final approval of this Settlement.

Final Approval Order. or Final and Judgment means the Court’s order granting final approval of this Settlementsettlement and dismissing with prejudice Plaintiff’s claims and entering a judgment according to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Final Approval Order. or Final and Judgment means the Court’s order granting final approval of this Settlementand judgment that the Court enters upon Final Approval and in the form of, or materially in the form of, the proposed Final Approval Order and Judgment attached as Exhibit 2. In the event that the Court issues separate orders addressing the matters constituting Final Approval, then the Final Approval Order and Judgment includes all such orders.
