Final Approval. Following preliminary approval and the close of the period for filing requests for exclusion, objections, or disputes under this Settlement Agreement, Plaintiff shall apply to the Court for entry of an Order: A. Granting final approval to the Settlement Agreement and adjudging its terms to be fair, reasonable, and adequate; B. Approving Plaintiff’s and Class Counsel’s application for attorneys’ fees and costs, Class Representative Enhancement Payment, settlement administration costs, and payment to the LWDA for its share of civil penalties under PAGA; and C. Entering judgment pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.769.
