Common use of Final Contract Price Clause in Contracts

Final Contract Price. The Final Contract Price of an Aircraft will be the sum of: (i) the Base Price of the Airframe constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.1 of this Agreement; (ii) the price (as of delivery conditions prevailing in January 1996) of any SCNs constituting a part of such Aircraft that are entered into pursuant to Clause 3 after the date of execution of this Agreement, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.1 of this Agreement; (iii) the Reference Price of the installed Propulsion Systems constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.2 of this Agreement; and (iv) any other adjustment resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the Aircraft and specifically stating that such adjustment is to be included in or taken into account in the Final Contract Price of an Aircraft, such as the Seller's purchase of Buyer Furnished Equipment from the Buyer.

Final Contract Price. The Final Contract Price of an Aircraft will be the sum of: (i) the Base Price of the Airframe constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.1 of this Agreement; (ii) the price (as of delivery conditions prevailing in January 19961999) of any SCNs constituting a part of such Aircraft that are entered into pursuant to Clause 3 after the date of execution of this Agreement, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.1 of this Agreement; (iii) the Reference Price of the installed Propulsion Systems constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the date of delivery of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 5.2 of this Agreement; and (iv) any other adjustment resulting from any other provisions of this Agreement and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the Aircraft and specifically stating that such adjustment is to be included in or taken into account in the Final Contract Price of an Aircraft, such as the Seller's purchase of Buyer Furnished Equipment from the Buyer.
