Common use of Final Contract Price Clause in Contracts

Final Contract Price. The Final Contract Price of an Aircraft shall be the sum of: (i) the Base Price of the Airframe constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 4.1; and (ii) the price (as of delivery conditions prevailing in [***] of any SCNs or MSCN constituting a part of the Specification of such Aircraft that are entered into pursuant to Subclause 2.2 after the date of execution of the Agreement, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 4.1; and (iii) the Propulsion System Reference Price constituting a part of such Aircraft, as adjusted to the Delivery Date of such Aircraft in accordance with Subclause 4.2; and (iv) the aggregate of all increases or decreases to the Propulsion System Reference Price as agreed in any Specification Change Notice or part thereof applicable to the Propulsion System that are entered into after the date of the Agreement as adjusted to the Delivery Date in accordance with Subclause 4.2; and (v) any other amount resulting from any other provisions of the Agreement and/or any other written agreement between the Buyer and the Seller relating to the Aircraft and specifically making reference to the Final Contract Price of an Aircraft.
