Final document. a. The Lessee will provide BOEM with the final document for approval. i. BOEM has 15 calendar days to complete its technical review. ii. If BOEM does not provide approval, it will submit its comments back to the Lessee, who will have 15 calendar days to address the comments. iii. BOEM, with the assistance of the Lessee, will provide the final document to consulting parties, except the ACHP, within 30 calendar days of approving the final document. With this same submittal of final documents, the Lessee will provide a summary of all the comments received on the documents and ▇▇▇▇’s responses.
