Common use of Final Expiration Clause in Contracts

Final Expiration. Upon final expiration of the Term, the Agreement shall immediately terminate, all ownership interests, licenses and other rights to the control, and no Party shall owe the other Party any further duties, obligations or consideration, save those duties and obligations which expressly survive the termination of this Agreement.
