Final Holistic Rating. The final holistic rating is assigned at the conclusion of the evaluation cycle when the evaluator looks at the larger picture of performance against all domains and considers the preponderance of evidence collected through the evaluation cycle. An evaluator will not consider one performance area in isolation but will analyze it in relation to all other areas of performance. Each completed evaluation will result in the assignment of a teacher to one of the following evaluation ratings: Accomplished, Skilled, Developing, or Ineffective.
