Common use of Final Inspection of the Work Clause in Contracts

Final Inspection of the Work. Subject to the provisions of UGC Section 12.1.2, and no later than the Final Inspection Deadline, A/E shall, together with TFC Project Manager, conduct a Final Inspection of the Work to determine whether all of the Work for the Project has been fully completed in accordance with the Construction Documents.
