Common use of Final Inspection Requirements Clause in Contracts

Final Inspection Requirements. 20.3.3.1. Before calling for final inspection, Contractor shall determine that the following have been performed: 20.3.3.1.1. The Work has been completed. 20.3.3.1.2. All life safety items are completed and in working order. 20.3.3.1.3. Mechanical and electrical Work are complete and tested, fixtures are in place, connected, and ready for tryout. 20.3.3.1.4. Electrical circuits scheduled in panels and disconnect switches labeled. 20.3.3.1.5. Painting and special finishes complete. 20.3.3.1.6. Doors complete with hardware, cleaned of protective film, relieved of sticking or binding, and in working order. 20.3.3.1.7. Tops and bottoms of doors sealed. 20.3.3.1.8. Floors waxed and polished as specified. 20.3.3.1.
