Common use of Final Judgment Clause in Contracts

Final Judgment. 12.01 The judgment entered at the Final Approval Hearing will be deemed final: a. Thirty (30) calendar days after entry of the Judgment approving the Settlement if no document is filed within that time seeking appeal, review, or rehearing of the Judgment; or b. If any such document is filed, then five (5) business days after the date upon which all appellate and/or other proceedings resulting from such document have been finally terminated in such a manner as to permit the Judgment to take effect in substantially the form described in Section 11.04.

Final Judgment. 12.01 The judgment Judgment entered at the Final Approval Hearing will shall be deemed final: a. (b) If any such document is filed, then five (5) business days after the date upon which all appellate and/or other proceedings resulting from such document have been finally terminated in such a manner as to permit the Judgment to take effect in substantially the form described in Section 11.0410.04.

If any such document is filedfiled or action is taken, then five (5) business days after the date upon which all appellate and/or and other resulting proceedings resulting from such document have been finally terminated in such a manner as to permit the Judgment to take effect in substantially the form described in Section 11.0412.04.

If any such document seeking appeal, review or rehearing of the judgment is filed, then five (5) business days after the date upon which all appellate and/or other proceedings resulting from such document have been finally terminated in such a manner as to permit the Judgment judgment to take effect in substantially the form described in Section 11.0412.04.
