Common use of Final Judgment Clause in Contracts

Final Judgment. If a final judgment for the payment of money in excess of an aggregate of $250,000.00 shall be rendered against either Borrower, and the same shall remain undischarged for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days during which execution shall not be effectively stayed; or

Final Judgment.
