Common use of Final Judgments or Orders Clause in Contracts

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments, awards or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money in excess of the Threshold Amount in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments, awards judgments or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money in excess of $25,000,000.00 (to the Threshold Amount extent not covered by insurance) in the aggregate shall be entered against the any Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of any Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of sixty forty-five (6045) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments, awards judgments or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money in excess of the Threshold Amount in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgmentsfinal, awards nonappealable judgments or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money involving a liability in excess of $50,000,000 (after the Threshold Amount application of any applicable insurance or reinsurance coverage) in the aggregate shall be entered against the any Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of sixty thirty (6030) days from the date of entry;; 8.

Any final judgments, awards or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money in excess of the Threshold Amount in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments, awards or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money in excess of the Threshold Amount $85,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments, awards judgments or orders not covered by insurance for the payment of money in excess of the Threshold Amount in the aggregate aggregate, not covered by insurance, shall be entered against the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, and with respect to which judgment there is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of sixty thirty (6030) consecutive days from the date during which a stay of entry;enforcement of such judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, is not in effect; or
