Common use of Final Judgments or Orders Clause in Contracts

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance for as to which there the insurer does not dispute coverage and is no dispute with respect not subject to coverage by the applicable insurance carrieran Insolvency Event) in excess of $15,000,000 25,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty forty five (3045) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of Twenty-Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($15,000,000 25,000,000.00) in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 20,000,000 (to the extent not covered by independent third party insurance as to which the insurer does not dispute coverage and is not subject to an insolvency proceeding) in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty forty-five (3045) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 10,000,000 in the aggregate shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of FiveTwo Million and 00/100 Dollars ($15,000,000 5,000,000.002,000,000.00) in the aggregate in excess of any applicable valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;; 8.

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 the Threshold Amount in the aggregate in excess of any valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 25,000,000 in the aggregate (to the extent not adequately covered by insurance as to which a solvent and unaffiliated insurance company has acknowledged coverage) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty sixty (3060) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 35,000,000 in the aggregate (excluding liabilities to the extent paid or covered by insurance as to which the relevant insurance company has not disputed coverage) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of Five Million and 00/100 Dollars ($15,000,000 5,000,000.00) in the aggregate in excess of any applicable valid and binding third party insurance coverage not in dispute shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 5,000,000 in the aggregate over the amount, if any, that an insurer has committed to pay under a policy of insurance shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded bonded, or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 1,000,000 in the aggregate (excluding liabilities to the extent paid or covered by insurance as to which the relevant insurance company has not disputed coverage) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 50,000,000 in the aggregate (to the extent not paid or covered by independent third-party insurance that has not been denied by the applicable insurer) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty forty-five (3045) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money in excess of Ten Million and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00) in the aggregate which are not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 in the aggregate carrier does not dispute coverage, shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders. Any final judgments or orders for the payment of money (not covered by insurance for which there is no dispute with respect to coverage by the applicable insurance carrier) in excess of $15,000,000 50,000,000.00 in the aggregate (to the extent not paid or covered by independent third-party insurance that has not been denied by the applicable insurer) shall be entered against any Loan Party by a court having jurisdiction in the premises, which judgment is not discharged, vacated, bonded or stayed pending appeal within a period of thirty forty-five (3045) days from the date of entry;

Final Judgments or Orders.
