Final Payment Notice Sample Clauses

The Final Payment Notice clause establishes the requirement for a formal notification to be issued when the last payment under a contract is due. Typically, this notice is sent by one party—often the contractor or service provider—to the other party, indicating that all contractual obligations have been fulfilled and specifying the amount and due date of the final payment. This clause ensures that both parties are clearly informed about the completion of work and the financial closure of the agreement, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over outstanding payments or incomplete deliverables.
