FINAL PAYMENT RELEASE. Prior to final payment under this Agreement, or prior to settlement upon termination of this Agreement, and as a condition precedent thereto, the Consultant shall, upon the written request of the Owner, execute and deliver to the Owner a release of all claims against the Owner, which are specifically and conspicuously detailed in any transmittal of a request for final payment by the Consultant, arising under or by virtue of this Agreement except for those which are in the dispute resolution process or are being adjudicated in court. The release of claims shall be of form and content acceptable to the Owner.
