Final Performance Report. The Company shall provide, at the Company’s expense, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, a detailed Final Performance Report satisfactory to the Locality, the Authority and VEDP of the Company’s achievement of the Targets as of the Performance Date. This Final Performance Report shall be filed within 90 days after the Performance Date. Should the Company be unable to file the Final Performance Report within the 90-day timeframe, the Company may request a 60-day delay in filing the Final Performance Report. VEDP will require a $3,000 fee, payable to VEDP, to process the request for the filing delay. Should the Company not file the Final Performance Report within the 90-day window nor request a filing delay (including payment of the required fee), or if the Company requests a filing delay but does not file the Final Performance Report prior to the new filing deadline, VEDP will withhold any COF Grant payment that might otherwise be due and all rights of the Company under this Agreement will automatically terminate.
Final Performance Report. Grantee shall submit a Final Performance Report (on a form provided by the Grant Administrator) indicating the extent to which the Program objectives contained in Exhibit A were accomplished. The Final Performance Report shall accompany the Final Request for Payment and shall be submitted within 60 days after completion of the Program, but in no event later than July 30, 2020. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall also attach to the Final Performance Report a Statement of Compliance signed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s executive director, chief executive officer, or equivalent, certifying that the Grantee has complied with the terms of the Agreement. City shall not make the final payment unless Grantee timely submits the Final Performance Report with the Final Request for Payment.
Final Performance Report. Contractor shall submit a Final Performance Report within seven (7) calendar days of City’s Fiscal Year end indicating the extent to which the outcomes of this Agreement have been accomplished. Failure to timely submit a Final Performance Report shall result in cessation of reimbursements until such time as the overdue report is received and reviewed by City staff, and deemed to be in compliance with the requirements of this Agreement. An overdue Final Performance Report must be submitted no later than thirty-one (31) days after the end of the Fiscal Year.
Final Performance Report. The final report shall follow the format prescribed by the Grantor. The Final Performance Report is due thirty days after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, whichever occurs first.
Final Performance Report. In addition to the periodic performance reports, the recipient shall submit a final performance report, which is due 90 calendar days after the expiration or termination of the award. The report shall be submitted to the EPA Project Officer and may be provided electronically. The report shall generally contain the same information as in the periodic reports, but should cover the entire project period. After completion of the project, the EPA Project Officer may waive the requirement for a final performance report if the EPA Project Officer deems such a report is inappropriate or unnecessary.
Final Performance Report. Within 60 days of the Agreement Term or Termination (whichever is earliest), a final report shall be submitted containing all information included in the bi-annual report along with a summary of the final portfolio balance indicating how Bridgeway Capital met program objectives. The final performance report shall be accompanied by a presentation to the ECGRA Board.
Final Performance Report. The Final Quarterly Report will become the Final Performance Report. It will be submitted to the EPA Project Officer electronically or by mail within 90 calendar days after the expiration or termination of the award. The report shall contain the same information as in the Quarterly Progress Reports, and will ensure that copies of all site documents covering the entire project period have been provided to EPA, including photos of the assessment sites. In addition, the Final Performance Report shall detail successes achieved and lessons learned during the project both by the City of Knoxville and Consultant(s) in implementing the Brownfields assessment.
Final Performance Report. The Grantee must submit a final performance report with its request for final reimbursement. The final report should describe cumulative construction activities, including a complete description of the Grantee’s achievements with respect to the Project’s objectives and milestones. The County will not issue final reimbursement until the Grantee submits the final performance report.
Final Performance Report. If the Agreement is terminated before the completion of the Project, the Recipient shall refund all payments it has received except the amount corresponding to the costs already incurred and accepted by EIT Manufacturing East.
Final Performance Report. 1. For programmes supported by the EMFAF, the ERDF, the ESF+, the Cohesion Fund and the JTF, each managing authority shall submit to the Commission a final performance report of the programme by 15 February 2031. 2. The final performance report shall assess the achievement of programme objectives based on the elements listed in Article 35(1) with the exception of the information provided under Article 35(1)(d). 3. The Commission shall examine the final performance report and inform the managing authority of any observations within five months of the date of receipt of the final performance report. Where such observations are made, the managing authority shall provide all necessary information with regard to those observations and, where appropriate, inform the Commission, within three months, of measures taken. The Commission shall inform the managing authority of the acceptance of the report, within two months of receiving all necessary information. Where the Commission does not inform the managing authority within those deadlines, the report shall be deemed to be accepted. 4. The managing authority shall publish final performance reports on the website referred to in Article 44(1). 5. The Commission shall, in order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Article, adopt an implementing act establishing the template for the final performance report. That implementing act shall be adopted in accordance with the advisory procedure referred to in Article 108.
