Common use of Final Progress Reports and Financial Information Clause in Contracts

Final Progress Reports and Financial Information. No later than 120 days after the end of the budget period, the Recipient shall submit:‌ (1) a Final Project Progress Report and Recertification in the format and with the content described in exhibit C for each Quarterly Project Progress Report and Recertification, including a final Federal Financial Report (SF-425); and (2) any other information required under ▇▇▇▇▇’s award closeout procedures.

No later than 120 days after the budget period end of date that is listed in ¶ 5 on the budget periodagreement cover sheet, the Recipient shall submit:‌submit: (1) a Final final Quarterly Project Progress Report and Recertification in the format and with the content described in exhibit C Exhibit D for each Quarterly Project Progress Report and Recertification, including ; (2) a final Federal Financial SF-425 through GrantSolutions; (3) a Final Performance Report (SF-425)FRA Form 33 as provided by FRA2; and (24) any other information required under ▇▇▇▇▇the Administering Operating Administration’s award closeout procedures.
