FINAL PROJECT SUMMARY. Prepare a brief summary including: (1) all of the information contained in the Progress Reports submitted; (2) estimated and actual costs of the Project, including a description and amount of any funds from sources other than this Agreement necessary to complete the Project; (3) any appropriate photos or graphics; and (4) any additional information deemed appropriate by the Project Director or Grant Manager.. Submit an electronic copy of the Final Project Summary in pdf format to the Grant Manager. A hard copy shall be submitted to the Program Analyst prior to final payment.
