The Final Punchlist clause outlines the process for identifying and addressing any remaining minor deficiencies or incomplete work at the end of a construction project. Typically, the contractor and owner conduct a walkthrough to compile a list of items that do not meet contract specifications, such as touch-up painting or minor repairs, which must be completed before final acceptance.
