Common use of Final Redemption Clause in Contracts

Final Redemption. Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled and subject to Condition 6, the Notes shall be redeemed on the Maturity Date at their aggregate principal amount, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon to (but excluding) the Maturity Date, if any.

Final Redemption. Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled and subject to Condition 66 (Contingent Writedown), the Notes shall be redeemed on the Maturity Date at their aggregate principal amount, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon to (but excluding) the Maturity Date, if any.

Final Redemption. Unless previously redeemed exchanged, redeemed, or purchased and cancelled and subject to Condition 6cancelled, the Notes shall will be redeemed at their principal amount on the Final Maturity Date. The Notes may only be redeemed at the option of the Issuer prior to the Final Maturity Date at their aggregate principal amount, together in accordance with accrued and unpaid interest thereon to (but excluding) the Maturity Date, if anyCondition 10(b).

Final Redemption.
