Common use of Final Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Final Reimbursement. In submission of the final request for reimbursement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall ensure that the reimbursement claim filed with the District is labeled as final and includes photos documenting 100% implementation of the Project, attesting to Project’s completion. This documentation of Project completion must be submitted as a final performance report prepared in accordance with Section 3(e)(ii) and shall accompany the final reimbursement request.
