Final Review Meeting and Comments. The CONSULTANT shall meet with the CITY as necessary, and address review comments resulting from the 90% submittal and incorporated those comments into the final contract documents. The CONSULTANT shall provide copies of contract documents to both the CITY and TIB for review and final approval to advertise for bids. The CONSULTANT, with assistance from the CITY, will coordinate review and respond to TIB comments. The CONSULTANT shall document TIB comments, incorporate comments, and resubmit the contract documents for final TIB approval. A total of one submittal and response to TIB comments are assumed. Products and Deliverables: • 3 half-sized copies of the 90% Plans, Specifications and Preliminary Cost Estimate • 1 full sized copy of 90% Plans, Specifications and Preliminary Cost Estimate • 1 full size set of reproducible plans, and specifications • Plans and Specifications for bidding purposes. The number of which is to be defined at a later date and billed at current printing rates. • Engineer’s Estimate

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting.
