Final Survey. A final as-built ALTA/ACSM Class A survey (the "Final Survey"), prepared by the Surveyor or another independent, licensed registered public land surveyor (reasonably satisfactory to Owner and Assignee) and certified to and in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Owner and any Assignee, with a metes and bounds description of the perimeter of the Premises, and showing the completed Project, all servient and beneficial easements pertaining to the Premises, and indicating the location of access to the Premises. No encroachments are to exist by the Project onto premises outside the boundary lines of the Premises or by existing improvements located on adjacent premises onto the Premises other than those that are Permitted Liens or that may have been consented to by Owner and Assignee and all set-back requirements have been complied with. If any discrepancies exist between the legal description set forth on the Survey delivered pursuant to paragraph (b) of Section 9.24 hereof and the legal description set forth on the Final Survey delivered pursuant to this paragraph (g), Owner and Agent shall cooperate in amending the legal descriptions in all recorded documents creating or affecting the Premises, including, without limitation, any Easements, to reflect the correct as-built description.
