Common use of Final Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Final Termination Date. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until: (i) the date falling four (4) years as from the date of this Agreement (i.e. the 9 February 2027; the “Initial Termination Date”), or (ii) if an Extension Request has been delivered by the Borrower and the procedure indicated in Clause 11.2 has been fulfilled, the date falling five (5) years as from the date of this Agreement (i.e. the 9 February 2028; the “Extended Termination Date”). Hereinafter, the Initial Termination Date or the Extended Termination Date, as applicable, shall be referred to as the “Final Termination Date”, being the date on which the Borrower shall pay all the amounts due and payable for any concept whatsoever by virtue of this Agreement.
