Common use of Final Terms Clause in Contracts

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be) in relation to the relevant Tranche to the Fiscal Agent, or, as the case may be, the Registrar (copied to the Fiscal Agent); and

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus or Securities Note (as the case may be) in relation to the relevant Tranche to the Fiscal Agent, or, as the case may be, the Registrar (copied to the Fiscal Agent); and;

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus or Securities Note (as the case may be) in relation to the relevant Tranche to the Fiscal Agent, or, as the case may be, the Registrar (copied to the Fiscal Agent); and;

Final Terms. deliver a copy, by fax or e-mail, duly executed, of the Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be) in relation to the relevant Tranche to the Fiscal Agent, or, as the case may be, the Registrar (copied to the Fiscal Agent); and;
