Common use of Final Terms Clause in Contracts

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche to the Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar; and

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche or Series, as the case may be, to the Principal Paying Agent Agent, or, as the case may be, the Registrar (copied to the Principal Paying Agent) and in each case with a copy to the Registrar; andTrustee;

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche or Series, as the case may be, to the Principal Paying Agent Agent, or, as the case may be, to the Non-US Registrar or to the US Registrar, as applicable, (copied to the Principal Paying Agent) and in each case with a copy to the Registrar; andTrustee;

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be) in relation to the relevant Tranche or Series, as the case may be, to the Principal Paying Agent and Agent, or, as the Registrarcase may be, the Registrar (copied to the Principal Paying Agent); and

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms or Drawdown Prospectus (as the case may be) in relation to the relevant Tranche to the Principal Paying Agent and Agent, or, as the Registrarcase may be, the Registrar (copied to the Principal Paying Agent); and

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche or Series, as the case may be, to the Principal Paying Agent and Agent, or, as the Registrar; andcase may be, the Registrar (copied to the Principal Paying Agent);

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche or Series, as the case may be, to the Principal Paying Agent and or, as the Registrar; case may be, to the Registrar (copied to the Principal Paying Agent) and, in each case, with a copy to the Trustee;

Final Terms. deliver a copy, duly executed, of the Final Terms in relation to the relevant Tranche or Series, as the case may be, to the Principal Paying Agent and the Registrar; andAgent;
