Common use of Final Working Drawings Clause in Contracts

Final Working Drawings. After the Space Plan has been approved as provided in Section 4.1 above, Tenant shall supply Tenant's architect with a complete listing of standard and non-standard equipment and specifications, including, without limitation, B.T.U. calculations, electrical requirements and special electrical receptacle requirements for the Premises, to enable Tenant's architect to complete the "Working Drawings" (as that term is defined below) in the manner as set forth below. Upon the approval of the Space Plan as provided in Section 4.1 above, Tenant shall promptly cause Tenant's architect to complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and Tenant's architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the "Working Drawings") and shall submit the same to Landlord. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant's architect of such Working Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant in writing within ten (10) days after Landlord's receipt of the Working Drawings for the Premises if the same is materially inconsistent with other existing Buildings in the Project or incomplete in any respect, in Landlord's reasonable discretion. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall immediately revise the Working Drawings to correct the same. If Landlord fails to respond in writing to Tenant within ten (10) days after receiving the Working Drawings, then the Working Drawings shall be deemed approved by Landlord.

BTU calculations, electrical requirements and special electrical receptacle requirements for the Premises, to enable Tenant's architect the Engineers and the Architect to complete the "Final Working Drawings" (as that term is defined below) in the manner as set forth below. After the Space Plan has been approved as provided Landlord shall enlist Engineers and Architect to assist Tenant in Section 4.1 above, Tenant shall supply evaluating requirements for Tenant's architect with a complete listing of ’s standard and non-standard equipment and specifications, including, without limitation, B.T.U. calculations, electrical requirements and special electrical receptacle requirements for the Premises, to enable ensure all Tenant's architect ’s requirements for operation are to complete completely represented in the "“Final Working Drawings" ” (as that term is defined in below) in ). On or before the manner as date set forth below. Upon the approval of the Space Plan as provided in Section 4.1 above5 below, Tenant Architect and the Engineers shall promptly cause Tenant's architect to complete the architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and Tenant's architect Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the "“Final Working Drawings"”) and shall submit the same to LandlordTenant for Tenant’s reasonable approval. Landlord may also submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Landlord shall supply Tenant with two (2) full size sets and (2) half size sets signed by the Architect of such Final Working Drawings. Tenant shall supply advise Landlord with four within five (45) copies signed by Tenant's architect of such Working Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant in writing within ten (10) business days after Landlord's Tenant’s receipt of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same is materially inconsistent with other existing Buildings in the Project unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect, in Landlord's reasonable discretion.
