Financial Attributes of Non-Wholly Owned Subsidiaries. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, when determining the Parent’s compliance with any financial covenant contained in any of the Loan Documents, only the Parent’s Share of an Unconsolidated Affiliate or a Consolidated Subsidiary shall be included.
