Common use of Financing Available Clause in Contracts

Financing Available. Not later than the Closing Date, Purchaser will ------------------- have available sufficient cash or other liquid assets or financing pursuant to binding agreements or commitments which may be used to fund the transactions contemplated by this Agreement; and Purchaser's ability to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement is not contingent on raising any equity capital, obtaining specific financing, consent of any lender or any other matter.
