Common use of Financing Available Clause in Contracts

Financing Available. Seller's ability to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby is not contingent on raising any equity capital, obtaining specific financing therefore, consent of any lender or other matter, other than receipt of consents of third parties to the Real Property Lease Agreements and receipt of applicable Regulatory Approvals and/or notices as described in Schedule 5.3 attached hereto.
