Common use of Finders Clause in Contracts

Finders. Neither Buyer, nor any of its Affiliates, nor any of their respective directors or officers, has taken any action that, directly or indirectly, would obligate Seller or any of its Affiliates to anyone acting as a broker, finder, financial advisor or in any similar capacity in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Neither BuyerSeller, nor any of its Affiliates, nor any of their respective Seller’s directors or officers, has taken any action that, directly or indirectly, would obligate Seller Buyer or any of its Affiliates to anyone acting as a broker, finder, financial advisor or in any similar capacity in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Neither Buyer, nor any of its Affiliates, nor any of their respective Buyer’s directors or officers, has taken any action that, directly or indirectly, would obligate Seller Seller, Stockholder, or any of its their respective Affiliates to anyone acting as a broker, finder, financial advisor or in any similar capacity in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Neither Buyer, Seller nor any of its Affiliates, nor any of their respective directors Affiliates has engaged or officers, has taken any action that, directly or indirectly, would obligate Seller or any of its Affiliates is obligated to anyone who would be entitled to any broker's, finder's or similar fee or commission on account of acting as a broker, finder, financial advisor broker or finder or in any other similar capacity in connection with this Agreement Agreement, the Other Agreements or any of the transactions contemplated herebyhereby or thereby.
