Common use of Finders Clause in Contracts

No broker or finder has acted for the Buyer in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and no other broker or finder is entitled to any broker's or finder's fee or other commission in respect thereof based in any way on agreements, understandings or arrangements with the Buyer.
