FINDINGS AND ADMINISTRATIVE DISCIPLINARY ACTION. A. An employee may be found in violation of this policy on the basis of any appropriate evidence including, but not limited to: 1. Direct observation of prohibited alcohol use or drug use including misuse of prescription medication; or 2. Evidence obtained from an arrest or criminal conviction for a drug or alcohol related offense; or 3. A verified positive test result; or 4. An employee’s voluntary admission, unless the employee is meeting the requirements as outlined under the Safe Harbor Referral; or

  • Procurement Related Complaints and Administrative Review 49.1 The procedures for making a Procurement-related Complaint are as specified in the TDS. 49.2 A request for administrative review shall be made in the form provided under contract forms.

  • Minor and Administrative Errors A Competent Authority shall notify the Competent Authority of the other Party when the first-mentioned Competent Authority has reason to believe that administrative errors or other minor errors may have led to incorrect or incomplete information reporting or resulted in other infringements of this Agreement. The Competent Authority of such other Party shall apply its domestic law (including applicable penalties) to obtain corrected and/or complete information or to resolve other infringements of this Agreement.

  • Notice of Criminal Activity and Disciplinary Actions A. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall immediately report in writing to its assigned System Agency contract manager when ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ learns of or has any reason to believe it or any person with ownership or controlling interest in Grantee, or their agent, employee, subcontractor or volunteer who is providing services under this Grant Agreement has been placed on community supervision, received deferred adjudication, or been indicted for or convicted of a criminal offense relating to involvement in any financial matter, federal or state program or felony sex crime. B. Grantee shall not permit any person who engaged, or was alleged to have engaged, in any activity subject to reporting under this section to perform direct client services or have direct contact with clients, unless otherwise directed in writing by the System Agency.
