FINES AND FORFEITURES. a. Law Enforcement education funds, pursuant to Section 943.25, Florida Statutes, seized funds and other fines, pursuant to Chapter 932, Florida Statutes, fines collected for crime prevention on court cases for crimes within Bushnell, paid by the Clerk of the Court of Sumter County directly to the municipality, shall be timely transferred and paid by the municipality to the Sumter County Board of County Commissioners for deposit into an appropriate and applicable fund. Sumter County Board of County Commissioners will then, upon request, make these funds available to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office for expenditure and use consistent with statutory requirements and this Agreement.
