It has been clearly understood by the Alottee, that the Completion Certificate, as the case may be, is issued by the concerned authorities, when the entire civil construction work of the apartment is complete and the apartment is in a habitable state, however, to prevent any loss, theft or damage, the internal fittings, furnishings and finishing work is done after obtaining completion certificate/occupancy certificate as the case may be. Further the internal fittings, furnishings and finishing work may also depend upon the choice of the Allottee. Therefore to ensure that there is no loss, theft or damage to the internal fittings, furnishings and finishing work, the same may be carried on as per the choice of the Allottee.
