Common use of FIPPA Records and Compliance Clause in Contracts

FIPPA Records and Compliance. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Buyer is subject to FIPPA and that FIPPA applies to and governs all Confidential Information in the custody or control of the Buyer (“FIPPA Records”) and may, subject to FIPPA, require the disclosure of such FIPPA Records to third parties.
