Common use of Fire Control Clause in Contracts

Fire Control. shall, both independently and in cooperation with Forest Service, take all reasonable and practicable action to prevent and suppress fires resulting from ’s Operations and to suppress any forest fire on Stewardship Project Area. ’s independent initial fire suppression action on such fires shall be immediate and shall include the use of all necessary personnel and equipment at ’s disposal on Stewardship Project Area or within the distance of Stewardship Project Area: (fill-in miles). a) The Partner’s Reinforcement Obligations.
