Fire Operations. The City shall provide Fire Operations services within and to all persons and premises within the Town at the same level of service that is provided within and to persons and premises within the City.
Fire Operations. Fire Operations means emergency response and non-emergency services for fire, emergency medical services (which for purposes of this Agreement shall include emergency medical transport), lake rescue, hazardous materials and other disaster responses, and other, similar services that may be provided by the Fire Department to provide for the protection and preservation of life and property at the same level of service and response as provided within the City.
Fire Operations. The City will provide Fire Operations services within the Towns and NEDFU, and to all persons and premises within the Towns and NEDFU, at the same level of service provided in the City. The City will provide continuous coverage consisting of at least one fire engine staffed by four firefighters from the fire stations in the City and services including fire suppression, rescue, auto-extrication, emergency medical response to support EMS providers, community risk reduction education, and fire inspection.
Fire Operations. Company Officer examinations shall be conducted within the ten (10) day period prior to March 31st of each year (if required). Should additional competitions be required, such may be held on an as needed basis. Notice of such examinations shall be posted at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the examinations. Members wishing to participate will notify the Promotional Board in writing at least ninety (90) days prior to the examination.
Fire Operations. Company Officer examinations shall be held in accordance with 30.04.03, 30.04.04, 30.04.05, 30.04.06 and 30.04.07.
Fire Operations. The City’s emergency response and non-emergency services for fire, emergency medical services (which for purposes of this Agreement shall include emergency medical transport), lake rescue, hazardous materials and other disaster responses, and other, similar services that may be provided by the Fire Department to provide for the protection and preservation of life and property.
Fire Operations and ALS personnel will not be dispatched until requested by the Lifeguard Division. If the Lifeguard Division, when responding to a cliff incident, determines that additional equipment is required or that additional personnel are required to perform the rescue safely, they should request assistance from Fire-Rescue and ALS personnel. Incident command authority will be followed as described in Coastal Cliff Rescue Procedures 2.19. 2. When Lifeguard night crew staffing in not available, Fire Operations will continue to be primarily responsible for responding to coastal cliff rescue emergencies. However, when such a call is received the appropriate Lifeguards should be called to assist the Fire Operations as described in Coastal Cliff Procedures 2.19.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Health Care Operations “Health Care Operations” shall have the same meaning as the term “health care operations” in 45 CFR §164.501.

  • Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Company will conduct its business operations hereunder in a lawful, orderly and proper manner, considering the nature of such operation, so as not to unreasonably annoy, disturb, endanger or be offensive to others at or near the Premises or elsewhere on the Airport.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire.

Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property.
