Common use of Firearms and Explosives Clause in Contracts

Firearms and Explosives. No person shall discharge any firearm or explosive, including firecrackers or fireworks, except with the express written permission of the director of the recreation and parks department of the city, in any park or recreational facility owned, operated or controlled by the city. (Ord. of 6-21-04(2)) No person shall possess or use any alcoholic beverage, as defined in the laws of this state, in any park or recreational facility owned, operated or controlled by the city, nor shall any person use or possess any drug or any other controlled substance, as defined in the laws of this state, except when given expressed permission by city council as a lawfully permitted use by the laws of this state, in any park or recreational facility owned, operated or controlled by the city.
