Common use of Firearms and other weapons Clause in Contracts

Firearms and other weapons. the possession, use, or control of any firearm (operable or inoperable, loaded or unloaded) including, but not limited to, zip, pistol, revolver, rifle, or shot gun; the possession, use or control of any instrument or object, other than a firearm, which could be used to inflict harm on another person, or to intimidate any person; included in this category are objects such as BB guns or pellet guns, knives of any kind, chains, pipes, razor blades, ice picks, other pointed instruments (including pencils or pens), nunchakus, brass knuckles, explosives, Chinese stars, ▇▇▇▇▇-clubs, tear gas guns, paintball guns, or electrical/chemical weapons or devices. Also included is anything represented to be a firearm or other weapon if used in an intimidating manner toward another person. This is not a comprehensive list of items considered weapons.
