Common use of Firearms and Weapons Clause in Contracts

Firearms and Weapons. All tenants and occupants are required to safely and to securely store and maintain all legal weapons, including but not limited to any firearms, knives, and swords, in a manner that ensures the security and the safety of the community at large, including but not limited to all residents, occupants, visitors, and all ownership and management staff. Accordingly, all weapons must be stored in a secure and locked container or safe, and under no circumstances whatsoever are any weapons to be left unattended and unsecured within any part of the leased premises or the community at large. All tenants and occupants are strictly prohibited from possessing, storing and/or maintaining any illegal weapons or explosives of any kind within any part of the leased premises or the community at large. Any violation of this policy or provision shall constitute and shall be considered a nonremediable breach of the lease agreement.
