Common use of Firearms and Weapons Clause in Contracts

Firearms and Weapons. The possession of firearms, fireworks, explosives, or weapons of any kind and replicas or facsimiles thereof is prohibited on campus or in residence halls as they pose a substantial danger to the safety of all residents. The only exception to this policy will be that certified law enforcement officers may wear a firearm while on campus.
