First of all, please open [Windows Firewall], and click [Advanced settings] on the left. 2. Click [Inbound Rules] on the left, then click [New Rules] on the right. 3. Select [Port], and select [TCP] option in the next step, then fill in the ports at [Specific local ports] that used by WorldCard Team, such as [9080, 9443].
