FIREWORKS DISPLAY. 2.1 Deposit: CUSTOMER agrees to pay ATLAS the “Deposit Amount” by: 8/4/2021
2.2 Expenses: ATLAS shall pay all normal expenses directly related to the Display including insurance as outlined, pyrotechnic products, pyrotechnic equipment, licensed and trained personnel to set up and discharge the pyrotechnics and those additional items as outlined as ATLAS’ responsibility in the Scope of Work. CUSTOMER shall pay all costs related to the Display not supplied by ATLAS including, but not limited to, those items outlined as CUSTOMER’S responsibility in this Agreement and Scope of Work.
FIREWORKS DISPLAY. CUSTOMER agrees to pay Pyrotecnico the total “Contract Amount” for a Display, on the following date(s), time, and location as follows:
2.1 Deposit: CUSTOMER agrees to pay Pyrotecnico the “Deposit Amount” by: 3/1/2026
2.2 Payments: CUSTOMER may make payment by cash, check, credit card or wire transfer. For all credit card transactions there will be a 3.5% fee added to the payment amount.
FIREWORKS DISPLAY. ▇▇▇▇▇ and/or its subcontractors or agents shall furnish and shoot the fireworks show at the Event Location on the Event Date specified above. ▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide properly trained and experienced operators to set up and shoot the Fireworks Display in substantial conformance with the requirements of NFPA 1123-2006 edition (“NFPA 1123”) and applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes and ordinances (“Law”).

FIREWORKS DISPLAY. IMPACT PYRO agrees to furnish to CUSTOMER a fireworks display (hereinafter referred to as SHOW) pursuant to proposal number 220611-ASHLANDCITY-1.3, dated February 18, 2022 and per specifications and requirements provided by CUSTOMER. The SHOW will take place on June 11, 2022 at the ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Recreation Area off Tennessee Waltz Parkway unless IMPACT PYRO or CUSTOMER shall determine that weather conditions (or other hazards) prohibit IMPACT PYRO from proceeding with the SHOW; in which case, IMPACT PYRO agrees to present the SHOW on a mutually agreed upon future date. In the event that conditions do not allow the SHOW to proceed on the scheduled date, CUSTOMER shall remit the actual expenses IMPACT PYRO may incur in presenting the SHOW on subsequent occasion. If in anticipation of inclement weather or other foreseen dangerous conditions, the SHOW is postponed prior to delivery of product/equipment and setup of SHOW, additional expenses will be considered zero and there will be no additional charge for presenting SHOW on future date.
FIREWORKS DISPLAY. PYRO SHOWS agrees to furnish to customer a firework display (hereinafter "Show") pursuant to our contract #15AL07-04CUST23000-0323 dated this 8th Day of June 2015. The show will be given on the 4th Day of July 2015. The show duration will be approximately 15 minutes.

Contractor shall discharge the Fireworks Display in a manner consistent with generally accepted practices in the fireworks display industry in the United States, and in accordance with those practices conforming with local and state laws and regulations.
FIREWORKS DISPLAY. Sky Wonder Pyrotechnics shall furnish and deliver to Sponsor certain fireworks which Sky Wonder Pyrotechnics agrees to exhibit and display on July 3, 2021 @ 9:20PM in accordance with the program set forth and agreed upon at the time of the signing of this Contract, the specifics of which are set forth in this Contract.
