Firm Resource Retirements. Firm Resources affecting generating capability listed in Exhibit D, Coordinated System’s Firm Resources as of June 18, 1997, that are scheduled to be permanently taken out of service, terminated, retired, or abandoned; provided any retirement by any Party of a Project with seasonal storage shall have been preceded by a minimum of four years’ notice to all other Parties, unless such retirement resulted from, was due to, or was caused by one or more uncontrollable forces as defined in section 21, Uncontrollable Forces.
